Steve brings that experience into the business to help make sure every customer chooses the right flooring for their room, lifestyle and budget.

With many years of experience running an interiors online business, Joanna brings organisation, design flair and a strong eye for detail to the shop. If you need help finding the perfect flooring for your home, Joanna will be delighted to assist.

Hailey Wainwright

With decades of experience managing flooring stores, Hailey can help you select the best flooring for your needs and guide you through the process of choosing the right design, colour and finish. She is the lynchpin of the Buckfast store, making sure everything comes together smoothly from the first enquiry through to the perfect installation.

Geoff Brookes

Estimator

Geoff is often seen driving around the local area in our van and is responsible for the all-important measuring side of the business. He will usually be the person who visits your property to measure up and advise on the different types of carpet and floor coverings available.

Getting the measure right is the first stage of a successful installation, and that is a big responsibility — but Geoff loves a challenge.

Lucy North

Area Manager

Lucy is fantastic at looking after our customers. Customer service is at the heart of flooring, and Lucy excels at making sure people feel well looked after from start to finish.

With many years of experience in flooring and a great eye for colour and design, Lucy has got you covered. She is responsible for both the Austin’s concession and the Buckfast store.

Heather Gray

Heather mostly works in our Austin’s department store concession, but also occasionally covers our Buckfast shop. Wherever she is working, she brings her irrepressible enthusiasm, warmth and flair for flooring.

Our Fitting Team and Wider Group

Behind the scenes, we are supported by an experienced fitting team and the wider One Eighty Flooring Group. Across our shops, estimators, sales teams, managers and fitters, we have literally hundreds of years of combined flooring experience.

That depth of knowledge matters. It means we can help with everything from choosing the right product and colour, through to accurate measuring, subfloor preparation and a professional installation. Flooring is not just about what looks good on a sample board — it is about making sure the right floor is chosen, measured and fitted properly so it performs beautifully in your home for years to come.
